MagicJack is $39.95 the first year, and $19.95 for each additional year.  You plug an adapter into your computer, so your computer has to be on all the time.  We had issues with the CD-Rom not writing properly when the MagicJack was inserted, since the adapter appears as a CD-Rom device in your computer.  But, for the price, it is worth it for an extra line.  Click here for details.
