Consultant Membership

We are NOT here to teach you how to operate, fix and teach computers.  If you don't know your stuff, then you might as well stop now, and look somewhere else.  We only take on people who are VERY confident in their field.  You may already have a great side business, or know how to start one.  But here are several additional tools we wish we had when we were small:

1.  Tech Support

Our days are easier in that we have a secondary reference for our computer issues.  If you are STUMPED, and wasting your time, just give us a call, email, or IM, and we will see if we can help.  You can do this directly from your client's home or at your workshop.

 

We are limiting the number of requests to 24 per year.  More requests than this brings the abilities of the technician into question, and your membership may be cancelled.

 

 

At the present time, we do not have 24-7 tech support, but we are available throughout the normal workday, seven days a week.  This means we cannot guarantee that you will reach our technicians.

 

2.  Remote Access

 

We are one of the few companies in Colorado who make remote desktop easy.  Our interface works with Windows 95 to Windows XP, dial-up and high-speed.

 

If you have to return to your client (45 miles away), just to change the settings on his Outlook Express (2 minutes), this is a great time-saver!

 

Your client can log onto our website, click on Start Remote Session, and let us do this for them.  We can either bill you or your client.

 

Your clients are taken care of quickly and professionally.  Happy customers refer more happy customers to you!

We will write your newsletters for you.  You can just edit them by putting in your name, and forward them on to your clients.

We provide numerous handouts which are accessible from this website for you to print out at your client's house, saving you time and frustration.  Plus clients love to get handouts to reference later.
