Scott Henke, Founder, Microsoft Certified Technician

Despite his youthful appearance, Scott has been consulting with small businesses since 1982.  He taught classes to seniors for 10 years through Denver Public School's Community School program, while simultaneously working as the technology cooordinator for two Denver Public Schools for 13 years.  He currently teaches classes through our offices at Onsite, as well as through Denver University's OLLI (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) and the Academy of Lifelong Learning.  Scott is in MENSA, but doesn't like to tell anyone, so don't spread it around.

He has been featured as an expert on Haystack Colorado (a consumer-advocate division of Channel 4), Angies List, KMGH Channel 7, Tom Martino's Troubleshooter Network, KLTT Radio, Haystack Help Radio, and Fox 31 News.

He has taught over 1200 classes to adults in groups of 2 to 1000, including being the keynote speaker at a few computer conferences.

Travis:  Field Consultant and Technician, Mac Expert and The Best Communicator of Us All!

Travis is hands down our expert on all things Mac and Apple.  Like Scott, he worked for his Colorado Teaching certificate and now uses it to help adults understand technology better.

He and his wife live in Castle Rock and just had their first baby girl in October, 2012.  Travis is an expert in Mac, Windows, Linux, and can easily implement and explain complex technology!

Bill: Senior Tech and Business Administrator

Like Scott, Bill has 30 years of experience and is in MENSA.  He was previously the Manager of Microcenter in Denver.  He has multiple certifications including A+, Network+, Security+, HIPAA, MCSE, MCSA, Apple, CCNT, Citrix, HP, and Epson.  He is a visionary which is taking Onsite further than ever before.

Bill is an expert in Mac, Windows, servers, and business implementation and security.  Bill was the service manager at Microcenter, and personally oversaw repair of 120 computers per day!

Robert: Microsoft Certified and In-House Repair Technician

Robert has designed all our repair procedures to help customers usually within 24-hours.  Spyware removal has moved from 2 days to approximately 6 hours.  Robert has 13 years of computer tech support experience including Dell Tech support.

Robert has been key in removing viruses manually when the top antivirus companies haven't been able to.   He has also designed our proprietary program which scans with 5 different antivirus programs and repair the damage done to them.

Shane:  North Denver Field Repair Technician

Shane handles all our residential calls in North Denver.  He has a great personality and loves to work with people on solving their computer issues.

Dominic, Phone and Office Support

Dominic has great customer service skills PLUS the technicial know-how to help people with their every need!  Dominic's customer service is unmatched!

Tracy N:  Office Manager, Scheduling Coordinator, Tier 1 Support

Yes, we have two office workers named "Tracy".  We tried to get one to change their name, but that didn't go over too well.

Tracy N. is our new office manager, working with customers on scheduling and helping customers as they come into the store.  She also works with customers remotely.

Karla:   Customer service and Back-Office Support

Helps with critical issues that are never seen by others yet highly appreciated.
