The application process is lengthy.  We estimate approximately 2 hours to complete.  It must be done online, and in one session (you can't save it and come back later).  It is also timed.

First, we want to do a quick assessment of your qualities.  If you pass this section, we will email you with directions to fill in the in depth portions of our application including:

• Personality Test
• Communication Skills Test
• Written Essay Portion
• Extensive Technical Ability Portion

Answers to these portions become property of Onsite Hero and Onsite Consulting.  If you DO become a consultant, the answers may be posted on our website for customers to review prior to contacting you.  We will notify you if answers are ever posted.
