When I started teaching computers in 1990, computers were easy.
When I started teaching about the Internet in 1998, you had only one password to remember, your email password.
Today, the average person has 30 passwords. Then, you are supposed to change them all the time, and you are supposed to have a different password for each account! Whew!
There are several password management programs out there, but I personally use www.lastpass.com. You can keep all your passwords safe with just ONE master LastPass password. Take a look here for an explanation of how it works.
The free version will let you sync one computer and your cell phone. It’s a great option and FREE!
